[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]WHEREAS the said A. B. and C. D. were duly married in 20 . . . . . .AND WHEREAS immediately after the said marriage unhappy differences arose between the husband and wife;[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]AND WHEREAS there is a daughter . . . . . . . . . . . of the said marriage born on . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ;[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]AND WHEREAS the wife has been living with her parents for now about three years, the parties by mutual consent enter into this Agreement, WHEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows: [/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]1. That the Husband shall pay hereafter to the Wife during her lifetime a sum of Rupees. . . . . . . . .per month, which shall be meant for the boarding and lodging and all other necessities of life of the wife alone.[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]2. That in addition to the above sum of Rupees . . . . . . . the Husband shall also pay hereafter during the period of minority until marriage, whichever event is later, of the said daughter. . . . . . . . . . . . .the sum of Rs . . . . . . . p.m. which shall be for defraying the cost of her boarding, lodging and all other necessities of life. All bills for the education of the daughter shall also be paid by the husband and the choice of the school or institution where the daughter shall receive education rests entirely with the Husband.[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]3. That no monthly allowance under clause 1 or 2 shall be payable for the period during which the Wife or the daughter shall reside with and be maintained by the Husband.[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]4. That the Husband shall not be liable to pay any debts contracted by the Wife for necessities or otherwise hereafter.[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]5. That the Husband shall have free access to his daughter whenever he so desires.[/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]6. That should the Husband die before the Wife or during the minority of the daughter, the Wife shall be entitled to enforce clauses 1 and 2 of this Agreement and any other right to which she as a widow and the daughter as a daughter may be entitled to against the estate of the Husband.[/FONT][/SIZE]
