An Act to repeal the President’s Order No. 15 of 1980

No. F. 9(11)/2020-Legis, dated 21.02.2020.–The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on 18th February, 2020 and is hereby published for general information:–
WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Superior Courts (Court Dress and Mode of Address) Order, 1980 (P.O. No. 15 of 1980);
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1. Short title and commencement.–(1) This Act may be called the Superior Courts (Court Dress and Mode of Address) Order (Repeal) Act, 2020.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of President’s Order No. 15 of 1980.–The Superior Courts (Court Dress and Mode of Address) Order, 1980 (P.O. No. 15 of 1980), is hereby repealed.
