ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 2020
[to the Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part-I, dated the 24th September, 2020, containing Act No. XXX of 2020]
In the Anti-Money Laundering (Second Amendment Act, 2020) at page 589 of the Gazette, in Section 71, after the expression “clause (h) of”, the expression “sub-section (2) of”, shall be inserted.
