No. F. 9(9)/2018 Legis., dated 22.5.2018.–The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on 18th May, 2018 and is hereby published for general information:–
WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Establishment of the Federal Bank for Cooperatives and Regulation of Cooperative Banking Act, 1977 (IX of 1977) for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:–
1. Short title and commencement.–(1) This Act may be called the Establishment of the Federal Bank for Cooperatives and Regulation of Cooperative Banking (Repeal) Act, 2018.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal. The Establishment of the Federal Bank for Cooperatives and Regulation of Cooperative Banking Act, 1977 (IX of 1977), is hereby repealed.
