PRESIDENT ORDER NO. 4 OF 1997
AN
ORDER
further to amend the Governors Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 1975 .
WHEREAS It is expedient further to amend the Governors” Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 1975 (P.O. 5 of 1975), for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
Now, THEREFORE, in pursuance of clause (3) of Article 101 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Order may be called the Governors Salaries, Allowances and Privileges (Amendment) Order, 1997.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Article 15, P.O. No. 5 of 1975. In the Governors” Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 1975 (P.O. No. 5 of 1975), in Article 15, in clause (1), paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
