PRESIDENT ORDER NO. 4 OF 2002
AN
ORDER
further to amend the Governors’ Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 7975
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Governors’ Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 1975 (P.O. 5 of 1975), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Emergency of the fourteenth day of October, 1999, and the Provisional Constitution Order No. of 1999, read with clause (3) of Article 101 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf the President is pleased to make the following Order:—
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Order may be called the Governors’ Salaries, Allowances and Privileges (Amendment) Order, 2002.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Article 3, P.O. No. 5 of 1975. In the Governors’ Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Order, 1975 (P.O. No. 5 of 1975), hereinafter referred to as the said Order, in Article 3, for the words “one hundred and fifty-six thousand rupees” the words “four hundred and eighty thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
3. Amendment of Article 13, P. O. No. 5 of 1975. In the said Order in Article 13, in clause (2), for the words “thirteen thousand rupees” the words “forty thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
