No. F. 9(7)/2014-Legis., dated 10.6.2014–The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on 6th June, 2014, is hereby publish for general information:–
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee Ordinance, 2002 (LXXI of 2002), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:–
- Short title and commencement.–(1) This Act may be called the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (Amendment) Act, 2014.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
- Amendment of Section 3, Ordinance LXXI of 2002.–In the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee Ordinance, 2002 (LXXI of 2002), in Section 3, the words “four Provincial” shall be omitted.
