Which person is entitled to vote in general elections?

A person shall be entitled to vote if;

                    i.       He is a citizen of Pakistan.

                  ii.       Person who is not less than 18 years old.

                iii.       His name appears on the electoral roll

He is not declared by a competent court to be of unsound mind.
