What provision does the PECA Act 2016 include For Appeal?

The Section 47 of PECA Act 2016 deals with the appeal against the final judgment or order of a court. Appeal shall be filed within thirty days from date of provision of its certified copy free of cost;

        i.            To the High Court concerned against such judgment or order if passed by court of sessions.

      ii.            To the court of sessions concerned against such judgment or order if passed by a Magistrate.
