• Pakistan Lawyer will charge their service fee per order that would be communicated.
• Lawyer’s will receive the payment after 10 days of order delivery.
• If lawyer doesn’t satisfy the client or if clients opens up a dispute, our legal team will look in to it and so we have the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the client either full or half amount, which means lawyer will not receive the payment for that particular order and vice versa.
• If applicable Pakistan Lawyer can deduct income tax as per the law
• If applicable Pakistan Lawyer can deduct Service tax as per law
• Lawyer/Client both cannot abuse or use inappropriate language.
• You can not mention your email address or contact number anywhere
• The email system is built in, if you think you are receiving a lot of emails, there’s no option to unsubscribe the emails but the only option is to delete your account which will be done when requested.
