Question-: What is Decree in Civil Procedure Code?

Answer:                      Decree is the operative part of a judgment in a civil suit or in civil appeal. According to section.2 (2) CPC,  Decree means the formal expression of an adjudication which, so far as regard the court expressing it, conclusively determines the rights of the parties with regard to all or any of the matters controversy in the suit and may be either preliminary or final.
