Question-: What is the Territorial Jurisdiction of Court?

Answer:                      Territorial jurisdiction means the jurisdiction over a specific territory. Territory over which a Government or a sub-division thereof or Court jurisdiction. A civil court has territorial jurisdiction over the entire District and the District Judge cannot restrict such local limits.
