Question: Establishment of registering officers:

Answer:           The Provincial Government may allow proper establishment for the several offices under the Registration Act. It is provided that the books and registers prescribed by the Inspector-General of Registration with the sanction of the Provincial Government shall be certified on the page by the officers by whom such books are issued.
