When leading question can be asked?

The questions which are asked should be in context to the facts relevant to the case and not beyond it. Leading questions can only be asked during cross-examination and not during examination-in-chief or re-examination unless and until the court allows.

Define of Estoppel according to Qanoon-e-Shahadat.

Under Article 114 of Qanoon-e-Shahadat ord 1984, when one person has, by his declaration, act or omission, intentionally caused or permitted another person to believe a thing to be true and to act upon such belief, neither he nor his representative shall be allowed, in any suit or proceeding between himself and such person or his representative, to deny the truth of that thing.
