Q: If Juvenile Court found that a juvenile is serious ill, what is the order Court may pass?

A:      When a juvenile who has been brought before the Juvenile Court is found to before the Juvenile Court is found to be suffering from serious illness, whether physical or mental and requires treatment, the Court shall send such juvenile to a hospital or a medical institution where treatment shall be given to the juvenile at the expense of the state.
