The prime minister serves as the head of the government; he is responsible for the overall administration of the state and the implementation of government policies and programs. The prime minister also serves executive, policy formulation and legislative powers and he also work as representative of the state on national and international forums. Prime minister also plays a role of an advisor to the president. These powers enable the prime minister to lead the government, make decisions, and implement policies in order to govern the country effectively.
