According to section 21, which contracts cannot be specifically enforced?

Following are the defences for the non-performance of the contracts;

i.            Compensation in money is an adequate relief.

ii.            A contract which runs into such minute and numerous details that the Court cannot enforce specific performance of its material term.

iii.            A contract which is in its nature revocable.

iv.            Contract is of such nature that court cannot enforce specific performance.

v.            A Contract performance of which involves the performance of continuous duty extending over a longer period than 3 years from its date.

vi.            A contract which is revocable in nature.

vii.            A contract which is made by access or breach of powers by trustee.
