Question-: What is Pecuniary Jurisdiction?

Answer:                       section 6 of CPC, the pecuniary jurisdiction is determined by the valuation put up by the subject matter of suit in plaint on the basis of Suit Valuation. Valuation is determined in accordance with the Suit Valuation Act.
