Question-: Who is Receiver in Civil Suit? And how he is appointed?

Answer:                      A disinterested person appointed by a court, or by a corporation or other person for the protection of property that is diverse claims. Receiver can only be appointed a property which is subject matter of the suit. Court may in order to safeguard the interest of the other parties appoint an outsider as receiver to all jointly with such party.
