Question-: If a man pronounced Talaq to his wife and he died within a week after Talaq, will the wife in iddat be entitled to inherit his property?

Answer:           Talaq pronounced a week before death; wife is entitled to inherit his property, talaq having not becoming effective before expiry of 90 days whereas succession opened immediately on the death of the husband and on that day talaq had not become effective. Wife entitled to inherit in the property of her deceased husband.
