Question: How to issue frame?

Answer:           The Court may frame the issue:

Ø  Allegation made on oath by the parties, or by any person present on their behalf, made by the pleaders of such parties,

Ø  Allegation made in the pleadings or in answers to interrogation delivered in the suit

Ø  The contents of documents produced by either party.
