Under what circumstances relief of recession may not be granted?

 If contract had become revocable.

     ii.            If recession is inequitable.

  iii.            Where a rescission has become impossible due to loss or destruction of the object of the contract.

   iv.            An election to abide the contract will prevent its rescission.
