GOVERNOR’S PENSION (AMENDMENT)
ORDER, 2015
An Order Further to amend the Governor’s Pension
Order, 1974

No. F. 2(2)/2015-Pub., dated 15.12.2015.–The following President’s Order promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:–
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Governor’s Pension Order, 1974 (P.O. 3 of 1974) for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 101 of the Constitution, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is pleased to make the following Order:–
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This Order shall be called the Governor’s Pension (Amendment) Order, 2015.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Article 2, P.O. 3 of 1974.–In the Governor’s Pension Order, 1974 (P.O. 3 of 1974), in Article 2, in clause (1), for the words “of ten thousand rupees”, the words “equivalent to eighty-five percentum of his last drawn monthly salary” shall be substituted.
